Giralda Minaret Restoration

Seville, Spain

Restored in 1985, La Giralda was the minaret of the Great Mosque.  The minaret, along with the Court of the Oranges, and the Gate of Pardon, were integrated into the extent Gothic cathedral that was completed in the 16th century.
